COMPLY with the new DFARS Rule
The new Independent Research & Development (IR&D) DFARS Rule was published on January 30, 2012 and applies to major contractors that have received reimbursement this past year totaling more than $11M in IR&D and Bid & Proposal costs. The rule encourages firms that fall below this threshold to also submit their IR&D data.
